Singer Cynthia Morgan Accused of Stalking and Harassing Benin Crown Prince

Popular singer Cynthia Ikponmwenosa Morgan has been accused of stalking and harassing the Benin crown prince, Ezelekhae Ewuare. A petition filed against Morgan outlines a series of allegations, including defamation, cyberstalking, and harassment.

The allegations against Morgan include publishing defamatory statements against Prince Ezelekhae Ewuare on social media platforms, despite his attempts to block her. She is also accused of continued online harassment and contacting the prince despite his expressed desire for privacy.

Additionally, Morgan allegedly made false accusations against Prince Ezelekhae Ewuare, exhibited obsessive behavior towards him, and displayed signs of mental instability. Her actions are said to have posed a threat to the prince’s safety and violated his right to privacy.

Furthermore, Morgan’s behavior is purported to have constituted criminal offenses under the Cybercrimes Act of 2015, including cyberstalking and harassment.
