Deeper Life High School Students Shine in 2024 UTME, Sparking Social Media Admiration

Nigerians on social media have lauded Deeper Life High School (DLHS) as the institution proudly announced that a remarkable 174 students from its campuses nationwide achieved scores of 300 and above in the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

In a post shared via its official Facebook handle, DLHS showcased the exceptional academic prowess of its students, surpassing the national average reported by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB). Despite JAMB’s disclosure that only approximately 0.5 per cent of candidates nationwide achieved scores of 300 and above, DLHS students defied expectations, with 174 of them excelling in the examination.

The highest scorer, Ayeyemi Ibukunoluwa, distinguished himself with an impressive total of 362 points out of the attainable 400. This achievement follows the school’s previous success in producing the highest scorer for the 2023 UTME, further solidifying DLHS’s reputation for academic excellence.

JAMB’s recent announcement revealed that a significant number of candidates failed to attain a score of 200 out of 400 marks, emphasizing the exceptional performance of DLHS students amidst national statistics.

While JAMB regards the UTME as primarily a ranking examination and has refrained from publicly disclosing the names of top-performing candidates, DLHS’s outstanding results have garnered widespread recognition and praise on social media platforms.

Facebook users commended the students’ dedication, discipline, and academic achievements, with many extending heartfelt congratulations to the top scorers and expressing pride in DLHS’s academic prowess. The school’s commitment to nurturing leaders with distinction has resonated positively, evoking admiration and applause from the online community.
