Nollywood star Tonto Dike has escalated her response to criticism by dragging prominent social media critic VeryDarkMan to the police. The dispute arose from VeryDarkMan’s condemnation of Tonto and Iyabo Ojo regarding their involvement in the late singer Mohbad’s case. VeryDarkMan asserted that their motives weren’t genuinely centered on seeking justice for the deceased musician.
In a recent social media update on Wednesday evening, Tonto disclosed that she has initiated legal proceedings against VeryDarkMan. A viral post captured the critic signing documents in the company of police officers at a local police station.
Tonto’s caption on the post read, “Let it begin. When a child thinks he’s grown enough to talk to elders.” The actress is taking a firm stance in response to the criticism, opting for legal action to address the controversy surrounding Mohbad’s case.
