The Supreme Court has officially confirmed Ahmadu Fintiri’s status as the legitimately elected Governor of Adamawa State. This decision comes after a rigorous legal process, marking a significant affirmation of the electoral victory initially granted by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Recall that INEC had previously announced Fintiri, a candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), as the victor in the closely watched gubernatorial election held on March 11.
