PSV Eindhoven Aims to Secure Dest and Tillman for Long-Term Stay

PSV Eindhoven’s director of football, Earnie Stewart, expressed optimism about retaining United States internationals Sergiño Dest and Malik Tillman beyond the current season. The duo, pivotal in PSV’s Eredivisie campaign, are on loan from Barcelona and Bayern Munich, respectively, and their contributions have propelled the team’s pursuit of their 25th Dutch title.

Both Dest, a full-back from Barcelona, and Tillman, an attacking midfielder from Bayern Munich, have been instrumental in PSV’s performances this season. However, their future at the club hinges on their willingness to commit to PSV beyond their loan spells.

According to ESPN, Tillman’s potential permanent deal carries a €12.5 million price tag, while Dest’s stands at €10 million. These figures underline the significance of the players to PSV’s plans moving forward.

“Yeah, I’d say that’s fair. That’s more than fair. Both players are players that have done fantastic for PSV Eindhoven and yeah, I can say that we hope that both players stay,” Stewart remarked, indicating the club’s keenness to secure the talents of Dest and Tillman for the long term.

PSV’s pursuit of retaining Dest and Tillman reflects their ambition to bolster their squad with quality players who have proven their worth on the pitch.
