President Tinubu Approves Renewed Hope Infrastructure Fund to Address Nigeria’s Funding Gap

President Bola Tinubu has approved the establishment of the Renewed Hope Infrastructure Fund to address Nigeria’s infrastructure funding gap of $25 billion per year. The initiative, which will be domiciled in the Presidency, aims to focus on key sectors such as road, rail, agriculture, ports, and aviation. The Chairman of the Federal Inland Revenue Service, Zacch Adedeji, provided further details, stating that the fund will be launched in the coming months after the preparation of a supplementary budget by the Minister of Budget and Economic Planning, Abubakar Bagudu.
