Oxlade Claims He Began Singing Before Talking as a Child

Nigerian singer Ikuforiji Olaitan Abdulrahman, better known as Oxlade, has revealed that he began singing even before he could talk. In a recent episode of the *’90s Babies’* podcast, the artist shared details about his early musical journey, attributing his talent to his childhood experiences.

“I started singing before I started talking. My parents told me that I started singing before I could even talk,” Oxlade explained during the interview.

He further elaborated on his unique upbringing, stating, “I sang faster than catching up with talks. That was what my parents told me. I feel like that was where it [my talent] all started from.”
