The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has released the schedule for the 2024 Batch ‘B’ Stream II Orientation Course, which is set to begin on Wednesday, August 28, 2024. According to a circular dated August 7, 2023, and signed by Ahmed Ikaka, Director PRS for the NYSC Director General, the orientation exercise will take place simultaneously across all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
Registration for the course is scheduled from August 28 to August 30, with the deadline set at midnight on Friday, August 30. The swearing-in ceremony, marking the official commencement of the service year for the new corps members, will take place on the same day, August 30.
The orientation course will include a series of activities designed to prepare the corps members for their service year, concluding with a closing ceremony on Tuesday, September 17, 2024.
