Rapper Nicki Minaj has swiftly debunked rumors suggesting that she recently directed a subtle dig at Grammy-winning singer Beyoncé.
The speculation began after Minaj, in a now-deleted tweet, referred to an unnamed individual as a “Robot on timing.” Although she didn’t mention anyone by name, fans quickly speculated that the comment was aimed at Beyoncé. The rumor gained traction due to Minaj’s recent fallout with Jay-Z, Beyoncé’s husband, after his decision to choose Kendrick Lamar as the Super Bowl halftime show headliner instead of Lil Wayne, Minaj’s former label boss.
A social media user went so far as to claim, “Nicki Minaj called Beyoncé a Robot,” prompting the rapper to respond directly. In the comment section, Minaj clarified, “This is an absolute lie,” denying the allegation.
