Omowunmi, the widow of the late singer Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad, has refuted allegations circulating in the media regarding the clandestine conduct of DNA tests on her son, Liam.
Various reports had surfaced, suggesting that Omowunmi had undergone DNA tests for Liam at two different facilities. However, she has vehemently dismissed these claims.
Addressing the rumors, Omowunmi firmly stated to SaharaReporters on Thursday, “It is a lie,” firmly denying the allegations.
The speculation surrounding Liam’s paternity has been fueled by the persistent insistence of Joseph Aloba, Omowunmi’s father-in-law, on conducting a DNA test to confirm the child’s true biological father.
Although Omowunmi had previously expressed her willingness to subject Liam to a DNA test, she has now reversed her stance, asserting that only her late husband, Mohbad, had the right to request such a test from her.
