American rapper Megan Thee Stallion has addressed the controversy surrounding an AI-generated sex tape falsely attributed to her. The fabricated video has been making rounds on social media, sparking a mix of outrage and skepticism among her fans and critics.
In response to the incident, Megan took to her X (formerly Twitter) handle to denounce the video and the intentions behind it. “It’s really sick how y’all go out of the way to hurt me when you see me winning. Yall going too far, Fake ass shit. Just know today was your last day playing with me and I mean it,” she wrote.
Megan expressed her frustration with those attempting to tarnish her reputation, lamenting that her detractors have crossed a line with this latest stunt. She emphasized that the video is entirely fake and announced her intention to pursue legal action against the perpetrators behind the AI-generated tape.
