American rapper Lil Durk’s 10-year-old son is alleged to have shot his stepfather, Joshua Pippens, during a domestic altercation with the child’s mother.
Surveillance footage captured the dramatic scene where the child allegedly seized a weapon from Pippens, aimed, and fired. In the video, Pippens, dressed in orange, can be seen attempting to restrain the child’s mother, who is clad in purple. The youngster, wearing a red t-shirt and shorts, is then observed pointing what appears to be a gun directly at Pippens.
As the confrontation escalates, the child points the weapon at Pippens and a gunshot rings out. Pippens is seen collapsing to the ground after being struck by the bullet.
The incident occurred on July 1. From his hospital bed, Pippens has since spoken out via Instagram, claiming he was not the aggressor and suggesting that the child acted under the influence of his mother.
