American rapper Kendrick Lamar has once again stirred controversy within the hip-hop community with the release of his latest diss track, titled “Euphoria.” In the scathing lyrics, Lamar doesn’t hold back as he openly declares himself as Drake’s “biggest hater.”
The track, filled with biting remarks, sees Lamar expressing his disdain for various aspects of Drake’s persona. From his mannerisms to his fashion choices, Lamar leaves no stone unturned in his critique.
In one verse, Lamar delivers a direct message to Drake, stating, “I hate the way that you walk, the way that you talk, I hate the way that you dress.” The rapper also takes aim at Drake’s alleged habit of making veiled insults towards other artists, known as “sneak dissing.”
Yet, perhaps the most striking moment of the track comes when Lamar includes listeners in his sentiments, proclaiming, “Notice I said we? It ain’t just me, this how the culture feeling.” This line suggests that Lamar’s sentiments towards Drake are shared by others within the hip-hop community.
