Nollywood actress Kate Henshaw has vehemently refuted reports suggesting that she accepted a bribe from the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) to delete her social media posts critical of President Bola Tinubu and Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
Reacting to the allegations made by an X user @Caulcrick weeks ago, Henshaw took to social media on Sunday morning to address the matter directly. She shared a screenshot of the report and expressed her outrage, cursing both the accuser and the blogger responsible for spreading the false information.
In her statement, Henshaw explained that her silence on the matter in recent weeks was due to personal reasons, but she made it clear that she has never shied away from speaking her mind. She challenged the accuser to provide evidence to support their claims and warned both the accuser and the blogger of dire consequences.
“My silence for the past few weeks was for a personal reason. I’ve never been known to not speak my mind. Both the handles and the blogger, you will not end well!!” she declared, leaving no room for ambiguity regarding her stance on the matter.
