Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun has been sworn in as the 23rd Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN) by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. The ceremony took place at the State House in Abuja earlier today.
Kekere-Ekun, who will serve in an acting capacity pending confirmation by the Senate, took her Oaths of Office around 11:38 a.m. This historic moment marks her as the second female Justice to hold the position of CJN.
