Nigerian singer Joe El Amadi has weighed in on the ongoing rift between fellow artists Davido and Burna Boy. In a recent episode of the ‘Real Ish’ podcast, Joe El compared Burna Boy to veteran singer Eedris Abdulkareem, describing him as a “younger version” of the controversial figure and suggesting that Burna Boy is taking the feud with Davido “too far.”
Joe El emphasized that Davido is “a loving guy” and expressed his disapproval of Burna Boy’s approach to the situation. Additionally, Joe El criticized Burna Boy for his statement asserting that nobody paved the way in the Nigerian music industry, highlighting the sacrifices made by individuals to elevate Afrobeats to its current global prominence.
