American rapper Ice Spice has addressed rumors of a romantic relationship with British drill star Central Cee.
Speculation arose after the two were seen shopping together in London, but Ice Spice clarified that their relationship is purely platonic. “We’ve been friends since ‘Munch’ came out, honestly. We’re just twins,” she stated in a recent interview with Rolling Stone.
Ice Spice also discussed her professional relationship with rapper Nicki Minaj. “We don’t have the closest relationship, you know? But we’re definitely good. We’re mutual. We had smash records together. I love us together. I think the world does too,” she said.
Regarding her feud with fellow rapper Latto, Ice Spice expressed confusion over the source of the conflict. “I feel like if we ever spoke and I asked her ‘What’s the issue?’ it’d be like a blank stare. It’d really be no issue whatsoever. Especially from me. I can understand a friendly competition, but I just feel like at this point it’s a joke that she’s just dragged out, and it’s just not even funny,” she added.
