Gospel Singer Yinka Alaseyori Pleads for Prayers Amid Death Threats

Popular Nigerian gospel singer Yinka Alaseyori has made a heartfelt plea for prayers following alleged death threats and online harassment. During an emotional Instagram live session, the singer revealed that she has been subjected to online attacks for the past six months, though she did not disclose the identities of those involved.

In the now-viral video, Alaseyori expressed her resilience and determination not to succumb to fear, despite the distressing situation. “I am supposed to fear human beings. I will not die untimely. It has become a taboo,” she stated. She went on to describe the numerous curses and negative comments she receives in her direct messages, which she has learned to brush off.

“If you think what I deserve is to die, you also want to die,” she declared, emphasizing that any ill will directed at her would backfire on those who harbor it. Alaseyori warned that those who wish her harm, even if they are prophets, would face divine retribution.

In her plea, the singer asked her followers and the general public to pray for her safety and well-being. “Please pray for me. I need your help. If you see me on stage, pray for me. And pray for me when you don’t see me or hear from me,” she implored.
