Nigerian music producer and executive Don Jazzy has donated N100 million to the NGO of controversial activist Martins Otse, known online as VeryDarkMan (VDM). Otse disclosed the donation in a video shared on his social media on Thursday.
VDM, who had recently launched his NGO, revealed that he initially panicked upon discovering the large sum in his bank account. Believing it could be a mistake or even a set-up, he reached out to various contacts, all of whom denied making the transfer.
His concerns were eased when Don Jazzy himself reached out, confirming he was the one behind the generous donation to support VDM’s NGO.
