Reports from AZ suggest that Bayern Munich is exploring the option of appointing Arne Slot during the upcoming summer transfer window. Slot, who has been at the helm of Feyenoord since 2021, boasts an impressive track record, guiding the Eredivisie outfit to the league title last season. Additionally, Slot steered Feyenoord to the final of the inaugural Europa Conference League, showcasing his managerial acumen on the European stage.
Amidst Bayern’s managerial deliberations, complications have arisen regarding the potential acquisition of Xabi Alonso from Bayer Leverkusen. The former Spanish international, who has kept Leverkusen unbeaten in the Bundesliga and atop the league table after 24 games, is also the subject of interest from Premier League giants Liverpool.
