Barcelona’s sporting director, Deco, has emphatically stated the club’s intention to retain both Ronald Araujo and Frenkie de Jong, dismissing recent transfer rumors surrounding the duo.
Despite ongoing speculation linking De Jong with clubs such as Chelsea, Manchester United, and Paris Saint-Germain, and Araujo with Bayern Munich, Deco has affirmed Barcelona’s commitment to keeping the talented pair at the club.
Speaking on the matter, Deco emphasized, “What will happen to Araujo and De Jong? Nothing will happen. They have a contract, and we want to keep the best. And they are the best.”
