Kebbi State Governor, Dr. Nasir Idris, has appointed Faruku Muhammad as the Auditor General for Local Government. The appointment, effective from March 24, 2024, was confirmed in a letter signed by the Head of the Civil Service, Safiyanu Garba Bena, and made available to the press in Birnin Kebbi on Monday.
In the letter, Governor Nasir Idris expressed his pleasure in informing Faruku Muhammad of his appointment and emphasized the expectation of total commitment, devotion, and a high sense of responsibility in the discharge of duties. Muhammad is urged to approach his new role with dedication and diligence.
