Ali Baba Condemns Killing of Nigerian Soldiers in Delta State


Nigerian comedian Atunyota Akpobome, better known as Ali Baba, has vehemently denounced the recent tragic killing of 17 officers of the Nigerian Army in Delta State, labeling it as deeply abominable.

In an interview with newsmen in Lagos, Akpobome expressed profound condemnation for the gruesome murder of the soldiers, emphasizing that such heinous acts erode societal values and demonstrate a lack of moral education in the country.

Highlighting the significance of the military’s role in safeguarding the nation, Ali Baba emphasized the need for a collective understanding and appreciation of societal values, urging for a reevaluation of moral standards within the country.

Akpobome, who hails from Delta State himself, underscored the gravity of the crime, stressing that assaulting or resisting an arrest of a soldier constitutes a serious offense. He called for adherence to due process and the pursuit of justice through appropriate channels.
