The Holy Family Bulldogs ran over and around the Nebraska Lutheran Knights for 397 yards in a late afternoon game. With a near 400 yard performance on the ground, Lindsay had no trouble keeping possession of the ball for most of the game, and cruising to their first win of the season, 54-6. It took the offense little time to score, as they punched it in on their first possession and proceeded to score almost every time they walked out onto the field.

The Bulldogs can take this win as a confidence builder as they head into the second half of the season, which starts with a tough road trip to Dodge. The Pirates will pose a challenge to playoff hopes for Holy Family, but they now have the winless monkey off their back and that in itself gives the rest of the season a positive outlook.
