Lady Jays off to 3-1 start

The Lady Jays Varsity is off to a 3-1 start after taking 2nd place at the Weeping Water invitational. The girls have started off strong with a 3-0 win against Lindsay Holy Family at home.

Following the Thursday game the varsity traveled to Weeping Water on Saturday, September 6, and came home with 2nd place in the tournament. During pool play the Lady Jays beat WeepingWater 2-1 and Leigh 2-1.

For the final match they fell to Lourdes Central Catholic 0-2. Lourdes had a quick team with strong servers and they came out ahead.

The girls have been playing well and working hard. The next home game will be with Howells on the 18th, come and support the Lady Jays.
