DI team heads to Tennessee

Ross Sueper

The Lindsay Holy Family Destination Imagination is once again representing Nebraska at Global Finals in Knoxville, Tennessee. The team won their challenge “Direct Diposit” at State Finals in Kearney on Saturday. The team performed well and got a perfect score of 672 points.

The members were Kyle Wegener, Ross Sueper, Caleb Lindhorst, Zach Hemmer, Jerett Sueper and coach, Sandy Wegener.“They did an awesome job and they deserve to head on to Global Finals in May,” said Sandy.

The challenge was to build a delivery device that will deliver a small object to a target that they can’t see. Also, you have a 6 foot wall in front of you that your device has to go over.

The team will present their challenge to the public on May 1 after the 7:00 p.m. mass, May 2 after the 9:00 a.m. Mass and Monday morning to the school in the gym.
